How much time will our project take?
How much time the project will take depends on the size of it and usually at least 2 weeks and upwards. For your website to be finished in the least amount of time it’s integral that you’ve provided me with all the content for your site, have been as clear as possible with how you want your website to look + that you are available to answer questions both before and during the project and for the revision meeting. Any add-ons can add time to the project as well. You will get an estimate about the time before our project starts.
What information is needed to set my website up?
Some of the questions you’ll get asked is about what colors and fonts you want on your website and examples of other websites that can illustrate what you want your site to look like. You’ll also need to provide the login info to your host and domain, a logo, any icons and all the text and photos that you want on each page.
How fast can my website project start?
For everyone to have time to think things through, get all questions answered, all information send, etc. before the project starts you should contact us at least 2 weeks before the desired starting date. Be prepared that your website and project may be booked in later than desired.
Can I pay in a different currency than SEK?
Yes you can! You can pay in USD and EUR, let us know when you send your enquiry or at the initial Skype meeting.
What are the payment terms?
The payment terms are: A booking fee of 50% of the total project cost that must be paid to secure your spot. The booking fee needs to be paid at the latest 2 days later, or 5 days before the projects starts, whichever comes first. If the booking fee isn’t paid, and you haven’t contacted us about it, your project will automatically be canceled. The booking fee is non refundable.

The remaining 50% of the cost needs to be paid before your site goes live.

Can you move my site from Wix/Weebly/Squarespace, etc. to WordPress?
Of course, let us know when you send your enquiry!
I have a newsletter/want to start a newsletter; can I get an opt-in form on my site?
Yes I can, let us know when you send your enquiry!
What if I want something that's not included in any packages?
Let us know what you wish to add when sending your enquiry and let’s talk, the packages can be customized based on your needs.

Will you fix a domain name and hosting for me?
No you will have to have that in order to book a project.

How much do I dare to/can I say I want to have changed at the revision meeting?
Since you’ve given a clear picture of how you want your website to look like, and examples that can illustrate this, we will assume that there won’t be a lot of things you want to have changed. But, if that would be the case we will do everything to correct it so your site looks as you want it to. Note that larger changes can lead to a prolonged project which can mean it must be finished at a later time and be subject for a delay charge.
